MEDICINE  RETREAT

December 8th ~ arrive anytime after 7pm to ground into the space, sip tea in a circle, have a hot tub, relax...Release the day and get grounded before our big day in ceremony on December 9th. 

December 9th ~ wake up on site, have some fresh fruit, coffee, tea...Ground in nature before we begin our ceremony.

Beginning with a powerful opening ceremony, followed by somatic, energy & breath work with Haley (spanning 1hr) - LAND - in your body, awaken pleasure through your senses & a potent embodiment of personal power. 

Once you have landed, Kassia will have some 1:1 time with You to curate your perfect dose of Psilocybin.

Then, the journey begins...Kassia, Joseph & Mike (RHYE) will take you on a sound journey - as they craft an intricate soundscape, blending an eclectic mix of instruments—from crystal sound bowls and resonant gongs to synthesized harmonies and heartfelt vocals. Together, they create an immersive auditory experience that encourages deep listening and introspection. With every note, you’ll be invited to explore both the subtle and powerful layers of your inner world.

During this time you will be supported and held in safe exploration, Haley will at this time and throughout the journey be offering hands on AND energetic assist, energetic upgrades & extractions, physical touch, support & assistance where necessary.

Spanning 7+ hours, this sonic odyssey begins with intention-setting rituals and vocal toning, accompanied by rhythmic percussion that grounds and anchors the experience. As the session unfolds, the sound evolves organically, guided by the collective energy of the group, offering space for release, acceptance, and integration.

Throughout the journey, you’ll be gently led into a state of surrender, where emotional blockages, past stories, and stagnant energy can dissolve. The music serves as a mirror, revealing what is ready to be healed and integrated. As the sound flows through you, you’ll have the opportunity to deeply relax, awakening and recalibrating your energy.

There will be extended time following our ceremony to ground and recenter. We will then join together for dinner and shared space and connecting time...Then a good long sleep, and lots of hydration to integrate the medicine fully.

December 10th ~ wake up to breakfast, coffee and connecting time before we begin our first session of the day...There will be an offering of a micro dose of medicine if you feel called to continue the experiencing in that way for a day of creative integration.

Our first session will be Somatic Experiencing and Yin style movement with Haley - an opportunity to really ground in the transformation from the prior days ceremony, as well as create space for what's next. Using the body portal to cleanse and purify, before anchoring in ultimate power to move forward in clear alignment. 

Following our gentle movement session, Kassia will guide us through a self reflective journalling experience where we will fully release and reclaim our space as we align to move forward in the new year - an opportunity of reflection and integration. Honouring the entire year as a time stamp, taking our lessons and leaving the rest. 

We will then break for lunch.

Our last session of the day will be a singing workshop, where you will build a melody to take you into the next year. A powerful and healing throat chakra experience led by Mike (RHYE). 

Final notes...

This entire experience (Dec 8th starting with arrivals, anytime after 7pm and completing on December 10th around 5pm ~ departures) is all inclusive and the investment is $1,500 CAD + tax
